At mugukue, we strive to provide high-quality products and outstanding customer service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags and packaging intact.
- For any items that have been worn, washed, or had tags removed, we cannot accept a return or exchange.
Return Process
- Contact us at support@mugukue.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
- Upon approval, you’ll receive a return shipping label.
- Ship the item(s) back to us within 14 days of receiving the label.
- Once we receive the returned item(s) in original condition, we will process a refund.
Refunds
- If the return is due to our error or defective merchandise, we will refund the full order amount plus any standard shipping costs.
- If the return is initiated by you (e.g., incorrect size, changed mind), we will refund the product cost but you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days and credited to the original payment method.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item shows signs of wear, is missing parts/accessories, or does not meet the above conditions.
